– OLD PERTH AMONTILLADO –
It’s a celebration of Amontillado sherry, which brings a very completely different dimension to our sherry-matured model — extra nutty and dry, full of character and a contact of spice.
We’ve used a bespoke mix of Speyside single malts and matured them in first-fill European oak Amontillado casks. The expression additionally features a element from our distinctive Solera system, which provides additional complexity.
After almost three years of extra maturation in our Aberargie warehouse and a closing marrying interval in Amontillado casks, the result’s one thing actually particular: Notes of hazelnuts, almonds, dried apricot, and even a contact of amaretti biscuit.
