We’re proud to supply a uncommon and quietly advanced expression from the Isle of Mull: a 2007 Tobermory, drawn from a single bourbon cask after 17 years of maturation. Bottled at its pure cask energy of 44.6%, it is a whisky that wears its age with class, displaying off it’s gentle, easy and malty character with a contact of nuttiness.
Completely very best for the summer time climate!
With solely 42 70cl bottles produced from the cask , that is as restricted as they arrive — non-chill filtered, pure color, and as sincere because the day it left the cask.
Nostril: Mild orchard fruits like apples & pears, honeyed barley.
Palate: Candy however full bodied and balanced with a nutty maltiness.
End: Medium in size with lingering vanilla and extra barley.
