August 5, 2025 (Paso Robles, CA) — Riboli Household Wines is happy to announce the appointment of Chef Justin Lewis as Director of Meals Providers. On this newly created place, Chef Lewis will oversee culinary packages throughout the household’s tasting room and restaurant places in Los Angeles and Paso Robles, together with Jada Winery & Vineyard and San Simeon Property Vineyard in Paso Robles’ prestigious Willow Creek District.
Chef Lewis brings in depth culinary management expertise spanning each Los Angeles and California’s Central Coast. His background consists of serving as Culinary Director for the Nomada Lodge Group in San Luis Obispo (Granada Lodge, Skyview Los Alamos, Pozo Saloon), Company Govt Chef for Firestone Walker Brewing Firm in Paso Robles, and Govt Chef on the Malibu Inn. Recognized for his seasonal, locally-focused strategy, Chef Lewis will create elevated menus that spotlight the agricultural abundance of California’s Central Coast.
Amongst his preliminary initiatives, Chef Lewis will develop the culinary program for the upcoming restaurant at San Simeon Property Vineyard, located on the notable intersection of Peachy Canyon and Willow Creek Highway. “The menu is an homage to the Central Coast,” Lewis explains. “We’ll showcase native treasures like Grassy Bar Oysters, Mighty Cap Mushrooms, Etto pasta, and different contemporary, natural components sourced domestically.”
At Jada Winery & Vineyard, Chef Lewis will increase culinary choices to incorporate subtle small plates designed to enrich the property’s acclaimed wines. He may even oversee new occasions on the Riboli Household Wines Winemaking and Occasion Heart in Paso Robles, catering to public, commerce, and media visitors.
“Riboli Household Wines started California’s wine story in downtown Los Angeles in 1917 with San Antonio Vineyard,” notes Lewis. “Being from L.A. and now residing on the Central Coast, becoming a member of this household is significant to me. I used to be already acquainted with Jada, and because the Riboli household acquired it, the wines have remained distinctive—now with a dedication to natural practices and enhanced hospitality areas that honor the pure fantastic thing about Willow Creek.”
Past his vineyard obligations, Chef Lewis and his fiancée are creating a regenerative farm and winery. The couple raises Navajo-Churro sheep, a uncommon heritage breed with 400 years of Southwestern historical past, dropped at the area by Spanish colonizers. “We’re first-generation farmers,” he says. “Our aim is to look after the land and provides again to Mom Nature by way of sustainable, aware practices.”
