The Bourbon
The whiskey’s look in my glass is a deep amber shade, with rusty golden hues hinting noteworthy caramelization from sluggish barrel ageing. The entrance palate is heat clean with honeyed sweetness and a drizzle of caramel. The mid-palate is viscus and wealthy with toasted oak, vanilla/Caramel swirl and a touch of candy peppery cinnamon. The end is heat, lengthy, and mouthwatering with a buttery consistency and notes of darkish dried fruits, vanilla and dry oak sweetness.
