Notes: 

  • I floor 5 g of dried rosemary that was included within the dough and added some recent rosemary sprigs to high.
  • I resized the dough for two bigger pans: 

From  TDW:705gr   Pan Measurement: 9x9x2 In / 22.86×22.86×5.08 CM  

To  TDW:2438gr   Pan Measurement: 14x10x2.5 In / 35.56×25.4×6.35 CM

 

Substitutions: Spiral mixer for hand mixing because of dough amount

Dialogue: This was a pleasant enjoyable bake for a small Italian meals gathering. All of it comes collectively simply and is kind of tasty – the rosemary actually stands out because it was built-in with the dough and was very nice dipped in olive oil & balsamic vinegar , with goat cheese, and simply alone.
