Dialogue: I needed to revisit my final EINKORN BROT bake however with some totally different additions. Einkorn has a light, nutty, barely candy taste with a toasty essence. I needed some additions that may complement these flavors so I chosen hazel nuts and tart cherries. The Crust has a young chunk with a pleasant nutty roasted essence. The crumb is a gentle, virtually cake-like chew with a calmly bitter, Frangelico taste from the hazelnuts and smokey base that has little hints of the sweetness and tartness from the occasional chunk of cherry. There wasn’t the rise I might anticipated however that was most likely because of the added density of the nuts and cherries, however total I’m happy with the result.
Make once more? – Sure.
Adjustments/Suggestions: Since I did not get the rise I anticipated I may most likely improve the TDW by 2 occasions to totally fill the pans.
