Effectively I’m impressed that it’s not a catastrophe and I realized a LOT alongside the way in which.

I prefermented 300g out of 1450g loaf. Bennie’s posting made me do it. Wow… have a look at that open crumb! 

I made a Yudane… by no means ever once more. It hates me and I hate it. Tiny lumps . The white streaks are as a result of I did the entire grains first then added the Bread flour part . No concept why, let’s name it a swirl loaf! CHECK!

The temp for the oven was set by my husband , small misunderstanding… and I used to be making tortillas in addition to gardening. Excuses!! 

It’s a tremendous loaf. So moist not possible to cope with it besides as a “ plop” into pan no bulk single rise . I’ve performed this earlier than , on objective, so I not less than knew the highway I used to be heading down . 

It’s perfection! Taste, crumb, and this crust!!! Ignore the white streaks. It tastes terrific.
