Isle of Jura 2009/2024 (50.1%, Caora, No.13, refill barrel, cask #90103514) 
A most soothing label amidst the present avalanche of AI-generated oddities. Thanks, Caora. Color: straw. Nostril: basic Jura on show right here, with pure oils—sunflower, sesame, peanuts—alongside hints of engine oil, modelling clay and the gentlest of sea breezes. With water: the naked minimal of vanilla, the remainder stays unchanged and we’re not complaining. Mouth (neat): excellent certainly, correctly coastal with a saline profile, notes of inexperienced banana and a flicker of yellow curry. With water: comparable, with a reasonably discernible contact of peat displaying by way of. A delicate, quite fashionable mustardy edge emerges within the background. End: medium size, recent and coastal, with faint soot and ashes. Feedback: glorious Jura—and hats off once more for the restful label.
