Elements


  • 1 ½ oz. Bourbon, ideally Knob Creek
  • ¾ oz. Tart Cherry Juice
  • ¾ oz. Espresso
  • ½ oz. Vanilla Demerara Syrup
  • Garnish: Chocolate Shavings



Preparation

  1. Add all of the elements to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake till chilly and pressure into a relaxing cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with the chocolate shavings and serve.

Elements


  • 1 Strawberry, sliced in half
  • 1 ½ oz. Rye Whiskey, ideally Rittenhouse
  • ½ oz. Byrrh Grand Quinquina Aperitif
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Cinnamon–Ghost Pepper Syrup
  • Garnish: Strawberry slice



Preparation

  1. Add the halved strawberry to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  2. Add the opposite elements and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake till chilly and double pressure right into a Collins glass full of crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with the strawberry slice and serve.

Elements


  • 1 oz. Tawny Port
  • ¼ oz. Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
  • 1 sprint Angostura Bitters 
  • 1 Complete Egg
  • 1 ½ oz. Porter Ale
  • Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg and Angostura Bitters



Preparation

  1. Add the tawny port, banana liqueur, bitters, and egg to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (with out ice).
  3. Add ice and shake once more, vigorously.
  4. Nice pressure into a relaxing cocktail glass.
  5. Prime with the porter and a couple of to three dashes of bitters.
  6. Grate the nutmeg over the drink and serve.
