Our Drink of the Week is the Briny Beast

Beware the Briny Beast! This daring, sudden cocktail rises from the depths with a fierce chunk and a refreshing end.

The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum meets candy pickle brine, zesty lemon, and cooling cucumber, shaken arduous with a touch of warmth and topped with cracked black pepper. It’s savory, spicy, and surprisingly addictive… good for these courageous sufficient to sip past the shore.

Briny Beast

Components

• 2 oz. Kraken Gold Spiced Rum
• 1 oz. Bread & Butter Pickle Brine
• ½ oz. Easy Syrup
• 2 dashes Scorching Sauce
• 3 Cucumber Slices
• 3 Lemon Wedges

Preparation

1. Add lemon wedges and cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
2. Add Kraken Gold Spiced Rum, pickle brine, easy syrup, scorching sauce, and ice to shaker.
3. Shake further arduous to muddle components and pour straight into your glass.
4. Garnish with freshly cracked pepper.
