Police arrested a 21-year-old man Thursday in reference to a Could 27 drive-by taking pictures close to a Vancouver neighborhood middle and elementary faculty.
Jarod Ngiraibuuch, of Vancouver, was booked into Clark County Jail on suspicion of drive-by taking pictures, second-degree illegal possession of a firearm, second-degree assault and possession of a harmful weapon on a college facility, based on the jail roster.
The taking pictures befell at about 2:20 p.m. Could 27 in a car parking zone close to the Jim Parsley Middle, main workers on the adjoining Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary Faculty to lock its doorways, police stated. No accidents have been reported within the taking pictures.
Almost two weeks later, police served a search warrant at Ngiraibuuch’s condo, at 2900 Common Anderson Avenue, a couple of 10-minute drive from the scene of the taking pictures, Vancouver police stated in a press release.
Individually, two teenage boys have been arrested after video surveillance confirmed one in all them passing a handgun, wrapped in a sweatshirt, to the opposite in the neighborhood middle following the taking pictures. They have been booked into juvenile detention on costs of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm and bringing a harmful weapon onto faculty grounds.
Police stated detectives are nonetheless making an attempt to trace down different suspects within the taking pictures “who fled the scene.”
